I have even accepted Fine Art Paintings. 

One is an original 

oil-on-canvas painting

of 

Prince James III of England by 

Francois de Troy, 

and another Client,

 who requires extensive and 

ongoing Therapy, 

gave me

an 'absolutely-real-looking' 

painting of

Charing Cross Bridge 

signed by 'Claude Monet,'

and,

I hear that 

it's supposed to be 'lost'

or unaccounted for...

So,

I stopped and

very closely

examined the oil brush strokes,

then

immediately asked him,

"Is this authentic," 

and he told me,

"Ask me no Questions and

I'll tell you no Lies!"

Well...that one, I keep in my private space!..."

"Believe it or not,

one elderly couple 

gave me a

rural house in Iceland

and added,

"It's just 

too much of a burden now!""

And...

this other Patient offers to

take me 

on special trips with his 

Super Yacht that 

doubles as a Sub!"

"Oh, yes!...And that other

'One Thing*'... that

I would like to accept...well..

...a patient, who is an

avid 

Car Collector,

knew which Vintage car 

that I liked,

and he came by the office 

one day and settled

his $60,000 bill

with

a running

and Mint-Condition 

1954 Nash Metropolitan

in the primary colors 

of blue,

Yellow

...and Red!...Man...I was Gobsmacked!"

"OMGosh!...

...Really, People!...I must say...that...

Good to Me!"
