With the toothbrush horizontal between the fingers of both hands 

in a Praying Position, and with the bristle tips touching the teeth, 

rub the hands back and forth to spin the 

toothbrush head up and down to remove Dental Plaque. This Method 

is introduced to the World today, January 1, 2025.
