Well...I do notice a
'richly-proportioned'
upper mid-labial prominence,
elatus labialis wingeulus,
in this photo,
but, you know what...this 'richly-proportioned'
trait can also be seen
on other Historical Statues...like
...Pharaoh Akhenaten
and his son
King Tutankhamun!
